Ever Restaurant

Alongside Lawton Stanley Architects, we worked to dull every sense but taste for the Michelin-starred Ever Restaurant. Revered Chicago chefs Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser asked for a space that amplifies taste, and we delivered. We equipped the restaurant with custom baffles based on our Datum system to provide diners with an unparalleled culinary experience that begins the moment they step foot in the restaurant. To match LSA’s intricate plan for the restaurant’s design, we customized the baffles to work around the space’s curved privacy walls and hanging lighting while masking hardware and still muting noise throughout.
